Use of the platform
TrustedPerch provides discovery, messaging, and listing support for mid-term stays. Users are responsible for truthful information and lawful use of the service.
Verification
Verification helps reduce fraud but does not replace independent judgment. Additional checks may be required for certain host or Percher flows.
PerchProtect
PerchProtect is an operational protection feature and not an insurance policy, bank account, or promise of reimbursement in every scenario.
Content and listings
Hosts remain responsible for listing accuracy, availability, house rules, and compliance with local laws or lease restrictions.
Support and changes
We may refine features, pricing, or workflows as the product evolves, especially during early access and founding-host periods.
